OneBox Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your OneBox account (package com.shifenmiao.app) and the data associated with it.

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open OneBox and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (bottom-right tab) and tap your avatar to open Account Info.
3. Long-press Delete Account (注销) at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@oneboxable.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address used to register. We will delete the account within 7 business days and confirm by email.

3. What data is deleted

• Your account profile (nickname, avatar, phone number / email).
• Your points balance, VIP level and purchase records tied to the account.
• Cloud-synced settings and AI engine configurations.
• Comments and other content you published.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Payment transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations, after which they are erased.
